Gift vouchers are not refundable, non-transferable and must be used for a professional casting session within 6 months of the date on the voucher. 

Please note that casting appointments can sometimes be booked up weeks in advance, so please book early to secure your preferred appointment date, particularly if a Saturday appointment is required.
