I took up digital photography as a hobby some years ago, when the very first digital cameras arrived in the UK. It truly is a wonder of the modern world that I get to edit my double chin out of every photograph in my collection. My favourite subject matter is, of course, the human form. I love teasing the glamour out of the shy, and quirky beauty from those who don't see their own appeal. I was the most unphotogenic child, and for many years hated the camera. In my 30s I have learnt to have fun with the digital image, and never take the results too seriously. |
